SGI-1776 is a novel ATP competitive inhibitor of Pim1 with an IC(50) of 7nM, 50- and 10-fold selectivity versus Pim2 and Pim3. SGI-1776 inhibits FLT3 kinase as well, which can complicate some experimental results if not carefully controlled.
