PD 0332991 (Palbociclib) Isethionate is the isethionate of PD 0332991, a highly specific inhibitor of CDK4 and CDK6 with IC(50) values of 11nM and 16nM, respectively. It shows no activity against CDK1/2/5, EGFR, FGFR, PDGFR, InsR.
