MitoFlamma® Green (live) is a green fluorescent probe specific for the detection of mitochondria in living cells. The mitochondria of living cells can be labeled and traced by visualizing cell changes from drugs or external stimuli. It is also designed to allow further processing after fixation after mitochondrial marking, which keeps the mitochondria stained after fixation, which is good for multi-imaging. After fixation, additional experiments such as immunocytochemistry and in situ hybridization are possible, and various experiment design and analysis can be done according to the purpose of the experiment. This probe can be observed with a fluorescence microscope or can be applied to flow cytometry, microplate-based analysis. Excitation / Emission (nm): 508 / 580 nm.
