GDC046 is a potent selective TYK2 inhibitor (Ki=4.8nm) versus JAK1 (Ki=84nm) and JAK2 (Ki=28nm). It is a lead analog with good kinase selectivity, physicochemical properties, and pharmacokinetic profile.
