Flamma®774 is a bright and stable near-infrared fluorescent dye that emits the longest range of fluorescence among Flamma®Fluors products. It features high water solubility and low toxicity and has a similar optical spectrum to Alexa Fluor®790, IRDye®800CW. Near-infrared fluorescent dye is mainly used for In-Vivo Imaging in drug delivery and tumor research, as it is highly permeable to biological tissue. Based on the principle of Click chemistry, Flamma®774 Alkyne rapidly and accurately bonds to labeling targets (antibodies etc.) in which Azide is applied. Click chemistry is a fast and accurate way to bond biomolecules high specifically and sensitively using Bioorthogonal reagents. Excitation / Emission (nm): 774 / 806 nm. Spectrally similar dyes: Alexa Fluor®790, IRDye®800CW.
