Flamma®675 is bright and stable near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent dye that features high water solubility and low toxicity. It has a similar optical spectrum to Alexa Fluor®680, Cy5.5, DyLight®680, IRDye®680LT. Near-infrared fluorescent dye is mainly used for In-Vivo Imaging in drug delivery and tumor research, as it is highly permeable to biological tissue. Excitation / Emission (nm): 675 / 691 nm. Extinction coefficient: 220,000 cm-1M-1.
