Flamma®648 is a fluorescent dye that emits red fluorescence. Its most efficient excitation is at 648nm laser, and it has a maximum emission value at 672nm. It is bright and has excellent light stability, and it also has a similar optical spectrum to Alexa Fluor®647 and Cy5. Flamma®648 dye is used in various ways such as intracellular imaging and target detection by combining with a variety of substances such as antibodies, proteins etc. Flamma®648 Vinylsulfone is an independent labeling functional group of BioActs. Depending on the characteristics of Vinylsulfone, it stably reacts to primary amine (-NH2). Therefore, it can stably label protein or peptide in aqueous solution, and it is easy to adjust labeling efficiency of reactants according to the user’s purpose due to its moderate reaction rate. In addition, this product can be refrigerated in the form of dissolved in water. Excitation / Emission (nm): 648/ 663nm. Spectrally similar dyes: Alexa Fluor®647, Cy®5, DyLight®649, CF™647, ATTO 647N. Extinction coefficient: 250,000 cm-1M-1.
