Flamma®648 is a fluorescent dye that emits red fluorescence. Its most efficient excitation is at 648nm laser, and it has a maximum emission value at 672nm. It is bright and has excellent light stability, and it also has a similar optical spectrum to Alexa Fluor®647 and Cy®5. Flamma®648 dye is used in various ways such as intracellular imaging and target detection by combining with a variety of substances such as antibodies, proteins etc. Flamma®648 NHS ester is a product that has the most representative NHS ester reactive group for labeling amine. Because it rapidly and high-specifically reacts to Primary amine (-NH2), it can label Protein containing amine (-NH2), Antibody and Amine-modified Oligonucleotide in a short time period.
