Flamma®648 is a fluorescent dye that emits red fluorescence. Its most efficient excitation is at 648nm laser, and it has a maximum emission value at 672nm. It is bright and has excellent light stability, and it also has a similar optical spectrum to Alexa Fluor®647 and CY5. Flamma®648 dye is used in various ways such as intracellular imaging and target detection by combining with a variety of substances such as antibodies, proteins etc. Based on the principle of Copper-free Click chemistry, Flamma®648 ADIBO rapidly and accurately bonds to labeling targets (antibodies etc.) in which Azide is applied. By using high specific and sensitive Bioorthogonal reagents, Click chemistry is the fastest and most accurate way among biomolecules bonding methods. In addition, it can be used in cells or tissues researches that are sensitive to toxic since Flamma®648 ADIBO doesn’t require toxic copper catalyst. Excitation / Emission (nm): 648 / 663 nm. Spectrally similar dyes: Alexa Fluor®647, CY®5.
