Flamma®594 Vinylsulfone is an independent labeling functional group of BioActs. Depending on the characteristics of Vinylsulfone, it stably reacts to primary amine (-NH2). Therefore, it can stably label protein or peptide in aqueous solution, and it is easy to adjust labeling efficiency of reactants according to the user’s purpose due to its moderate reaction rate. In addition, this product can be refrigerated in the form of dissolved in water. Excitation / Emission (nm): 590 / 617 nm. Extinction coefficient: 92,000 cm-1M-1. CF280: 0.56.
