Flamma®496 is a fluorescent dye induced from Fluorescein structure and has a maximum value of Ex/Em at 496nm/516nm. Even though it is optically similar to FAM, it has features that are excellent light stability and better brightness compared to FAM. Flamma®496 Amine is an unreactive functional group that induces amide bond with carboxyl group in substrate of labeling target through appropriate catalytic reaction. Excitation / Emission (nm): 496 / 516 nm. Extinction coefficient: 75,000 cm-1M-1. CF280: 0.12.
