As one of indications of apoptosis, histone H1, which is a nucleoprotein and is combined to DNA in nucleus, is exposed on the surface of membrane. ApoFlamma® H series can sensitively detect histone H1 on the surface of cell membrane in apoptosis process. This product is an excellent probe product that combined Apoptosis-targeting Peptide-1 and outstanding TAMRA fluorescence sample of BioActs. In addition, this product can distinguish between apoptosis and necrosis depending on the position of dying by entering into nucleus in necrosis and attaching histone H1. As another early indication of apoptosis, phosphatidylserine (PS), which is a cell membrane phospholipid, moves from inside to outside of cell membrane and is exposed outside the cell. ApoFlamma® PS series attaches this phosphatidyl serine (PS) of cell membrane to detect apoptosis. This product is a probe product that combined specific peptide sequence and outstanding TAMRA fluorescence sample of BioActs. ApoFlamma® H & PS Series product provides necessary reagents from identifying cells that have undergone apoptosis using simple dyeing process and analysis by Fluorescence microscope or Flow cytometry methods. Excitation / Emission (nm): 543 / 575 nm.
