A fluorogenic standard useful for quantitating assays monitoring amido-4-methylcoumarin (AMC) release. These include ubiquitin-AMC, SUMO-1-AMC, NEDD8-AMC, ISG15-AMC and proteasome substrates. The concentration of the AMC released can be calculated from a standard curve prepared with AMC standards.
