anti-Tubulin-GTP,monoclonalantibody(recombinant)(MB11)isanantibodydevelopedbyantibodyphagedisplaytechnologyusingahumannaiveantibodygenelibrary.TheselibrariesconsistofscFv(singlechainfragmentvariable)composedofVH(variabledomainofthehumanimmunoglobulinheavychain)andVL(variabledomainofthehumanimmunoglobulinlightchain)connectedbyapolypeptidelinker.Theantibodyfragmentsaredisplayedonthesurfaceoffilamentousbacteriophage(M13).ThisscFvwasselectedbyaffinityselectiononantigeninaprocesstermedpanning.Multipleroundsofpanningareperformedtoenrichforantigen-specificscFv-phage.Monoclonalantibodiesaresubsequentlyidentifiedbyscreeningaftereachroundofselection.TheselectedmonoclonalscFvisclonedintoanappropriatevectorcontainingaFcportionofinterestandthenproducedinmammaliancellstogenerateanIgGlikescFv-Fcfusionprotein.
